BRANDY S. QUANCE, born Scott City, Kansas; admitted to practice law in Illinois in 2001.
EDUCATION: Washington University (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, 1998); Chicago-Kent College of
Law (Juris Doctor, 2001); Stuart School of Business at Illinois Institute of Technology (Master of Business Administration,
2002).
BACKGROUND: Brandy S. Quance, currently a partner with the law firm of Franz & Quance, LLC and of counsel to the
law firm of Matuszewich, Kelly & McKeever, LLP. Previously, she was an associate with William M. Franz & Associates,
LLC where she began her career after law school. Ms. Quance represents businesses in a wide range of matters including
commercial transactions, negotiations and contracts. She has represented clients in the sale and purchase of both commercial
and residential real estate and has been involved in all stages of real estate development from planning through zoning and
development. She has worked with county and municipal governments, engineers, architects and contractors. Ms. Quance
also prepares estate planning which includes: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship and has represented clients
through the Probate process.
